We are delighted that our planning application for a 2 bed contemporary dwelling, on the corner of Stockbridge Road and Cranworth Road in Winchester, has been granted planning permission. The property will feature an external courtyard to provide a private amenity space. The project combines traditional red brick in keeping with its context with zinc and large areas of glazing to create a crisp contemporary design whilst maximising space internally.

North Walls – Planning Permission

Our scheme for a contemporary house in Winchester has been granted planning permission. A simple material palette of red brick, timber cladding and slate was selected for the two storey house, which features a projecting bay window.

We are delighted that our first completed project for The Neighbourhood, in Cardiff, has been shortlisted for the Architects Journal Retrofit awards.
The AJ Retrofit Awards recognise and celebrate design, engineering and construction excellence that prolongs and improves the life of the built environment. With £500 billion likely to be spent over the next three decades on upgrading existing housing, commercial and industrial buildings, retrofits will play a significant part of the future of the construction industry.
