The first phase of this project, a new build house, has started on site. The site has been cleared, ground levels reduced and the foundations set out.
Phase 2, the conversion of the existing house into flats, will commence once phase 1 is complete.

Work has commenced on our second phase of student accommodation for The Neighbourhood in Cardiff. The piling is almost complete and we are looking forward to seeing the concrete frame emerge from the ground in the coming weeks.

The property will feature an external courtyard to provide a private amenity space. The project combines traditional red brick in keeping with its context with zinc and large areas of glazing to create a crisp contemporary design whilst maximising space internally.
