T2 obtained planning permission for a pair of generous houses, each with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor within the slate-wrapped roof. The dwellings appear detached at the front and are connected at the rear to maximise interior living space on the ground floor. Generous glazing wraps the main kitchen-living space within a rear projection which is capped by a flat roof oversailing to provide shading.
