The second phase of this project involves upwards extensions of the two original two storey buildings. The larger front block is extended upwards by two stories and the smaller rear building has one storey added. This phase also includes a new lift and stair tower serving the larger block and re-positions the site entrance. This phase adds a further 28 student rooms, bringing the site total to 72 rooms.
