Dyson Drive

Abbotts Barton, Winchester

A development of 8 dwellings, designed to Passivhaus standards on surplus green space. In 2013 Winchester City Council commissioned a Planning Framework for the Abbotts Barton estate and the Dyson Drive site was identified for future development. A pre-application and Public Consultations have been carried out and a planning application is due to be submitted in 2021. The scheme has been arranged around existing mature trees and comprises two and three bedroom dwellings, with a communal rear parking court.
