A highly contemporary new build house in the Harestock area of Winchester. The predominantly single storey courtyard house, is L-shaped in plan enclosing a walled garden. Car parking is tucked beneath an integrated car port with only the master suite at first floor, set behind a perforated metal screen. The overall design and aesthetic is very simple and discrete with just two contrasting external materials – pale brick and black zinc.
