An infill development of 5 houses on a large garden plot adjacent to allotments.  Following the success of a previous project at Forbes Road in Kings Worthy, T2 were re-approached by former client Element Homes to improve upon an extant planning permission which had been obtained by others.  Our brief was to improve the viability of the scheme by;

  • Improving the design of the consented dwellings,

  • Increasing their floor area,

  • Adding a fifth dwelling.

T2 were successful in achieving all aspects of this brief.  On completion of this project our Clients commented by saying;
